**Job Summary**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable individual to join our team as a Fleet Maintenance and Compliance Specialist. This role will be responsible for overseeing the mechanical maintenance of our trucks, ensuring that all vehicles meet the necessary inspections, and managing the timely renewal and updates of permits and compliance documents.

**Duties**
- Perform regular maintenance and inspections on company trucks to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Schedule and manage Motor Vehicle Inspections (MVIs) to ensure all vehicles are compliant with regulations.
- Maintain and track the renewal of permits, licenses, and other compliance-related documents for all trucks.
- Coordinate with external repair shops and service providers for specialized maintenance and repairs when necessary.
- Monitor and track vehicle maintenance schedules, service history, and compliance status.
- Work closely with the fleet management team to identify any issues or areas for improvement in truck performance and compliance.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, maintenance, repairs, and permits.
- Ensure adherence to all relevant safety regulations, transportation laws, and industry standards.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in truck maintenance, fleet management, or a similar field.
- Knowledge of state and federal regulations related to truck inspections, permits, and maintenance.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams, service providers, and regulatory agencies.
- Familiarity with fleet management software is a plus.

Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
