Client Experience Coordinator

Seeking a highly motivated, organized, and personable Client Experience Coordinator for a men's luxury retail store.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Interacting and building relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction
- Coordinating client appointments
- Maintaining the image of the in-store and online shop according to brand standards
- Receiving and managing client orders
- Miscellaneous errands and tasks within and outside of the shop
- Sit in on client consultations to have a clear understanding of the C&H process
**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Degree/diploma from university or college preferable
- 1-2 years experience in customer service, hospitality, or administration preferable
- Fashion background preferable but not mandatory
- Access to a car
