Recruitment Coordinator

We're looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to administer the recruitment process throughout the organization and work with hiring managers to fulfill their staffing needs.
**Responsibilities**
- Facilitate the interview process and conduct reference checks
- Create, update, and revise job descriptions and interview guides
- Source relevant recruitment events such as post-secondary events and career fairs
- Lead new recruitment initiatives for each region
- Work collaboratively with the marketing team to raise brand awareness as an employer throughout Western Canada
- Represent the company at recruitment events
**Requirements**:
- Post-secondary education in Human Resource Management or related field
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Knowledge of social media marketing is considered an asset
