- **Hours: Monday through Friday, 8 hours per day (onsite)**_

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Account Payable and employee expense data entry
- First point of contact when answering the phone and greeting visitors
- Matching Accounts Payable invoices and preparing cheques for payments
- Entering and reconciling of credit card payments
- General administrative duties include couriers, office supplies, mail, filing, etc.
- Preparation of bank deposits
- Investigate and report on stock adjustments
- Create and maintain daily inventory branch reports
- Update Purchase orders and enter details in ERP system
- Report on the status of non stocking inventory
- Analyze daily price override report
- Other duties as required

**SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Accounts Payable/Accounting/Administrative experience is preferred.
- Inventory experience is an asset.
- Proven commitment to accuracy and attention to detail.
- Technically savvy: knows how to use, access and multi-task between different programs.
- Intermediate level MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Superior time management and organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize.
- Excellent command of the English language both verbal and written.
- A positive attitude and exceptional interpersonal skills
- Self-starter, highly motivated, professional team player.
- Enthusiasm for learning in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous ERP experience would be considered an asset
- Legally entitled to work in Canada
