**Part-Time Salesperson - Enthusiast Auto Sales (Etobicoke)**

Operated by a true car enthusiast with a special love for European autos, we’re committed to providing excellent customer service and a superior buying experience.

**About the Role**

- Part-time schedule**:Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday**

  • **Commission-only** pay structure (with **fuel compensation**)
  • **OMVIC License mandatory** (can be obtained upon hire)
  • Full training provided

**What We’re Looking For**

- Must live in **Etobicoke**

  • Honest, enthusiastic, and self-motivated

- **Well-spoken, well-presented, excellent communicator**

  • **Automotive knowledge** required (sales experience not necessary - we will train)
  • Diligent, dependable, and quick to learn
  • Valid **Ontario driver’s license in good standing** (abstract required)

- Ability to drive **manual transmission**

  • Criminal background check required

**What You’ll Do**

  • Follow up on all leads from multiple sources
  • Meet personal and team goals
  • Prospect and promote new business through referrals and networks
  • Provide an excellent customer experience from first contact through vehicle delivery
  • Learn and demonstrate a strong knowledge of all vehicle models in stock
  • Handle objections professionally and close deals with confidence
  • Take responsibility for sales from start to finish, including delivery
  • Care for dealership inventory and represent the business with pride
  • Contribute to a growing, dynamic dealership environment

**Qualifications**

  • Passion for cars and customer service
  • Positive, “can-do” attitude with initiative to work independently
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Effective negotiation skills and ability to build rapport with clients
  • Must be responsible, driven, and enthusiastic every day
  • High school diploma (minimum requirement)
