This position is a 12 month contract with the possibility of extension. The role can be based anywhere in Canada, but will be working on PST reporting into our Vancouver office.

**Responsibilities**:
**System Configuration and Maintenance**:

- Configure and maintain SAP SuccessFactors modules including Employee Central, Employee Central Benefits, and Employee Central Payroll.
- Customize and optimize system settings, workflows, and business rules to align with organizational processes and requirements.
- Ensure data integrity and system stability through regular audits and proactive maintenance activities.

**End User Support and Training**:

- Provide ongoing support to end users, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and resolving system-related problems in a timely manner.
- Develop and deliver training materials and user documentation to promote system adoption and proficiency among HR teams and employees.

**System Enhancement and Upgrades**:

- Stay abreast of industry trends, standard processes, and new features within SAP SuccessFactors ecosystem, recommending system enhancements and upgrades as needed to optimize functionality and usability.
- Plan and implement system upgrades and patches, coordinating with stakeholders to minimize disruptions and ensure smooth transitions.

**Data Analysis and Reporting**:

- Use SAP SuccessFactors or PowerBI reporting tools and analytics to generate insights and metrics related to HR processes, employee data, and system performance.
- Develop and maintain standard and ad-hoc reports to support HR decision-making and regulatory compliance requirements.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation, configuration, and support.
- Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC), Employee Central Benefits (ECB), and Employee Central Payroll (ECP) modules.
- Strong understanding of HRIS principles, processes, and best practices.
- Experience with system integration, data migration, and interface development.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across functional teams and engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- SAP SuccessFactors certification(s) preferred.
- Prior experience in project management or business analysis is a plus.

**Salary Range**: $75.00 - $85.00/Hour
