The Opportunity*
The Sales Account Executive will report to the Vice-President Business Development & Partnerships and will be responsible for developing and closing new business opportunities within their assigned territory & specific outbound leads or prospects. To meet and exceed sales objectives, this individual contributor will prospect new clients and execute the communicated sales strategy. The Sales Account Executive will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious client acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable elaborating and executing your outreach strategy, following up closely with prospects, generating interest, building a strong pipeline, and closing sales, to meet your sales targets and the organizations sales objectives.
**Your main tasks and responsibilities**
- You will meet or exceed your annual individual sales targets
- You close new clients with the focus being new logos and the execution of the land and expand of large account (in collaboration with account manager)
- You communicate and foster relationships with prospects and clients
- You build, maintain, and expand an active sales pipeline of companies, between 500 to 1000 employees, within their assigned territory, managing the entire sales cycle (including identifying and qualifying needs, giving presentations & demos of our solutions, creating & negotiating proposals and closing the deal)
- You continuously identify new targets within assigned territory
- You thoroughly understand the company products and services, to promote and adapt the offerings based on customer needs and requirements
- You become a SuccessFinder ambassador when connecting with prospects by developing a deep understanding of our solutions and have a strong ability to use our case studies
- You develop new strategies to grow sales pipeline and consistently meet individual monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals
- You represent and promote the company at various events or business meetings
- You offer a world class experience in all interactions by demonstrating professionalism and credibility
- You gather market intelligence and share information with sales organization
- You are the owner and executive sponsor on assigned RFPs
- You execute and follow sales processes and use sales tools
- You report and document sales activities and results accurately, and you update and maintain the CRM with ongoing current information
- You ensure the adequate transition of new clients to the Client Success & Solution (CSS) team
- You act as a representative for SuccessFinder and continuously be on the lookout for new talent.
**Minimum Qualifications - Technical and Professional Expertise**
- You are bilingual (Fully proficient in English & French)
- You have a Bachelor’s degree or higher
- You have 5 + years of experience with B2B sales (ideally with HR technology)
- You have experience with demoing a SaaS-based product
- You have a track record of over-achieving quota
- You are proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
- You have experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM or any similar CRM system
- You have strong listening and presentation skills
- You know how to multi-task, prioritize, and manage your time effectively

- You demonstrated sales performance in a complex sales environment / enterprise sales cycle in your current & past work experience
