**The Role**

Are you looking to join a small but mighty team in a fast-paced environment? Aeronautic Freight Systems Inc. is looking for a Coordinator to support inbound/outbound movements on behalf of our clients.

**Key Tasks and Responsibilities**
- Planning and arrangement of international consignments according to client instructions and requirements
- Receiving of pre-alerts and shipping documentation
- End to end monitoring of inbound movements.
- Opening of files and issuing notices of arrival for Sea and Air Shipments
- Issuing customs clearance instructions
- Booking of FCL and LCL deliveries
- Day to day invoicing and job costing
- Communication with overseas offices/partners
- Obtaining release from shipping lines, if/when required
- Regularly updating customers monthly rates
- Any other delegated tasks deemed as reasonable as assigned by the reporting Manager

**Minimum Education and Experience Requirements**:

- 1-2 years experience in logistics coordination
- Experience in a freight forwarding company an asset
- Good telephone manner and customer service skills are essential
- Attention to detail
- Friendly, calm and professional manner
- Ability to handle pressure and good time-management
- Ability to adapt to change and work effectively as part of a team
- Enthusiasm and self-motivated
- Previous experience/knowledge in freight forwarding preferred

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Work Location: One location
