**Summary**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive **Part-Time Administrative Assistant** to manage essential office functions and assist with day-to-day administrative tasks. A key responsibility will be invoicing clients for supplies and services, so attention to detail and accuracy is critical. Please note, as we are growing, this role does have the potential to transition to full time hours in the future.
**Responsibilities**
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Prepare and send invoices to clients in a timely manner
- Track payments and follow up on outstanding invoices
- Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating service calls
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
- Support data entry, record keeping, and document preparation
- May be required to pick up / drop off supplies from time to time (will need to have a valid drivers license and vehicle)
- Review and monitor Employee Time Tracking System and assist with recruitment and onboarding paperwork for new employees.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and invoicing software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience in commercial cleaning or property management is an asset but not mandatory
- Familiarity with CRM tools or job scheduling platforms
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $24.50-$26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 per week
