**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Provide direct support to clients in daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management.
- Assist individuals with dementia care, ensuring a safe and supportive environment.
- Engage clients in meaningful activities that promote social interaction and cognitive stimulation.
- Perform case management tasks as needed, coordinating with healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.
- Support clients with disabilities, offering assistance with mobility and heavy lifting when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of client progress and report any changes in condition to the appropriate personnel.
- Foster a compassionate relationship with clients while respecting their dignity and privacy.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in caregiving or patient care is preferred, particularly in nursing homes or hospice settings.
- Knowledge of dementia care practices is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Physical capability to perform heavy lifting and assist clients with mobility challenges.
- A genuine passion for helping others and making a positive impact on their lives.
- Certification in relevant areas such as first aid or CPR is advantageous but not mandatory.

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
