**Job Overview**

A minimum of 10 years of experience in different categories of mid to high price segments of the fashion industry or a related sector.

Familiarity with international trade agreements impacting the import and export of apparel and related products to Canada, the EU, and the USA.

**On site**

Work must be done in person. There is no possibility of remote work.

**Responsibilities**

**Tasks**
- Allocate the material, human and financial resources necessary for the implementation of policies and programs
- Authorize and organize the establishment of the organization's main services and the creation of higher-level positions
- Coordinate the work of regions, divisions or services
- Establish the organization's objectives by formulating or approving its policies and programs
- Represent the organization, or delegate representatives, to act on behalf of the organization in negotiations or other official functions
- Select middle managers, directors and other management personnel, delegate necessary authority to them and create optimal working conditions
