Purchasing and Scheduling Coordinator

You have 3+ years of purchasing & inventory experience under your belt. With your Quickbooks skills you are a force to be reckoned with. (Quickbooks Enterprise experience would be extra brownie points)
This role consists of four fundamental responsibilities:
- Creating PO’s and Purchasing Product
- Scheduling the job
- Receiving & kitting the parts when they arrive
- Maintaining Inventory
These steps require someone who is ‘on the ball’. You need to know the who’s and what’s of each job, so that we continue to be the best ‘boutique’ Alarm & Security company around (and we are pretty darn good).
You understand the importance of communication. Constant communication with customers and techs is an essential part of the job. Our company has been built on relationships and the Purchasing & Scheduling Coordinator is truly the key to maintaining and fostering these relationships.
You are multi-tasker & a self starter. You are great at understanding priorities and completing those priorities with a sense of urgency.
You’re happy, helpful and friendly. You’ve worked for the ‘big guys’ but now you are looking for a small business with a fabulous team to work with. You’d like somewhere that you can really make an impact.

**Requirements**:
- 3 to 5 years' progressive experience in Inventory Management.
- Very well organized with strong attention to detail
- Good oral and written communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate with all levels within the organization and with vendors.
- Computer literate. Good Microsoft Office skills. Knowledge of QuickBooks is an asset
- Able to set appropriate priorities and work efficiently as a part of a team as well as independently.
- Excellent time management skills.
**This is an IN-OFFICE position. The hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 4:30 pm.**
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
