**Technical Product Support Representative - Healthcare**
**Overview of Position**
- The Technical Product Support Representative is responsible for providing remote systems support and maintenance for mission-critical Radiology imaging and workflow systems that are deployed at customer facilities around the world.**What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?**
- Troubleshooting of customer issues according to established policies, procedures, and practices. Provide technical instructions by identifying and analyzing issues. Ensure proper resolutions are implemented to resolve the issues and are implemented within stated timeframes
- Receiving tickets/inquiries to Investigate and diagnosis customer complaints and servicing requests
- Ensure that all documentation is in alignment with regulatory standards and requirement in addition to providing root cause analysis
**What are the requirements needed for this position?**
- High School Diploma
- 2+ years of desktop support OR helpdesk support experience
- Experience diagnosing and troubleshooting software and/or on computer systems for customers
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, desktop operating systems
**What other skills/experience would be helpful to have?**
- Certification (MCSE, A+, etc.)
- Strong computer technology background and experience with the maintenance, troubleshooting, and support of mission-critical hardware and software systems
- Knowledge of clinical workflow and HL7 and DICOM standard
- Knowledge of Microsoft SQL
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong customer service skills and ability to interact effectively with varying audiences
- Highly developed organizational and time management skills and an ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to clearly state issues and symptoms to customer management teams in high stress situations
- Ability to thrive and learn quickly in a high pace, challenging environment
- Self-Starter and team player with exceptional commitment to providing superior proactive customer service
