Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Property Manager. The Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of residential and commercial properties, managing tenant relationships, coordinating property maintenance, and ensuring compliance with local regulations. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining budgets, addressing tenant concerns, marketing vacant units, and ensuring smooth lease agreements. The role requires strong communication and organizational skills to ensure properties are managed efficiently and with a client-focused approach.
Qualifications
- Property management experience, including tenant management, coordinating maintenance, and lease negotiation
- Strong organizational and budgeting skills to manage financial aspects and property operations effectively
- Knowledge of relevant property laws, regulations, and compliance requirements
- Proficiency in property management software and general computer skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to build positive tenant relationships
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to address tenant concerns promptly and professionally
- A Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, or a related field is preferred
- Property management certification or license is a plus
- Experience in customer service or a related field is advantageous
