Air Inuit Management and its team of dedicated employees are committed to pursuing their tradition of providing safe, punctual and courteous air service for the growing number of people living and doing business in this enchanting region of Nunavik in Northern Québec.

**Position Overview**

The crew scheduler, hotels and transportation primary role is to manage all crew member travel arrangements including hotel and airline bookings, rental car arrangements, and simulator bookings. The person selected for this position will also be required to qualify as a crew scheduler as they will be occasionally required to replace crew scheduling agents.

The person selected for this position will mainly work during regular office hours, however they must be available to occasionally replace crew schedulers during crew scheduling operation hours.

**Duties and Responsibilities**

The crew scheduler, hotels and transportation is responsible for the following:

- Participation in the Company’s Safety Management system
- Reserving and modifying flight simulator sessions.
- Reserving and managing all deadheading, hotels, and ground transportation.
- Replacing as required when a crew scheduler is absent for whatever reason.
- Any other duties assigned by the Operation Control Center Manager.

- ** **Ability to work within a team
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Bilingual (French - English)
- Eager to learn
- Attention to details
- Able to handle stress
- Able to respect deadlines
- Preference will be given to applicants with relevant experience
