**Essential Functions**:

- ** Coordinate the planning and execution of CDW events, from concept to completion, closely following CDW event guidelines to plan and execute partner events nationally, while satisfying and exceeding stakeholder goals and expectations.**:

- ** Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.**:

- ** Act as the main point of contact for vendors and partners for planning and execution as required.**:

- ** Support customer and internal event travel requirements, event support on-site/virtual, meeting coordination.**:

- ** Assist with building and maintaining event budgets, timelines, and schedules, including identifying and securing event venue quotes, as well as soliciting quotes from other necessary vendors such as caterers, photographers, décor companies, etc.**:

- ** Coordinating the administration of event sponsorships.**:

- ** Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support in-person events and webinars by assisting with the planning and implementation process, managing event registration and reporting outputs, such as guest lists, RSVPs, dietary restrictions.**:

- ** Manage payments - setting up vendors in our accounts payable system, managing POs, and processing invoices.**:

- ** Support the team with conducting post-event evaluation, analysis, and recommendations for changes, contributing to a strong team culture to ensure success of Events team initiatives and contributions, identifying potential risks and challenges in project execution and proactively implementing strategies to mitigate them, ensuring successful project outcomes, staying up to date with industry trends and best practices in events, bringing innovative ideas and solutions to the Marketing Manager.**:
**Additional Responsibilities**:

- ** Offer marketing and promotional assistance to the marketing team as necessary, aligning with the event's requirements and success metrics, including hosting evening events and some weekends throughout the year.**:
**Organizational Relationships**:

- ** Interact heavily with Marketing, Partner and Product Management, Sales, Legal and Finance functions.**:
**Qualifications**:

- **Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business or marketing.**:

- ** 2 - 3 years of relevant experience in marketing, advertising, or communications, agency experience considered an asset OR 7+ years in a hospitality role or fast passed environment with a proven understanding of excellence in customer service.**:

- ** Self-starter who can own assigned events and projects.**:

- ** Enthusiastic about learning live and virtual event production practices.**:

- ** Positive attitude with a track record of achieving outcomes.**:

- ** Detail-oriented with strong prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.**:

- ** Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, with superior Excel skills.**:

- ** Strong written and verbal communication skills, adept at interacting with stakeholders.**:

- ** Proactive collaborator with creative problem-solving skills.**:

- ** Valid driver’s license with access to a vehicle.**:

- ** Ability to work independently and collaboratively.**:

- ** Flexible schedule, including evenings and/or weekends as required due to the nature of events.**:

- ** Able to work a hybrid in-office schedule (1-3 days a week in office and/or at events).**:
