We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team in a dual role, as a Customer Service Representative and Warehouse Clerk. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met. Part time as a warehouse clerk you would be responsible to fill orders through our newly implemented automated software for the picking and packing process. We have implemented a software program that guides the clerk. This is a full-time position with competitive pay.

WE REQUIRE THAT THE CANDIDATE IS PERFECTLY BILINGUAL.

THERE IS A 4 MONTH PROBATION PERIOD, CANDIDATES WILL BE ASKED FOR A WORK REFERENCE THAT WILL BE CALLED.

**Duties**:

- As a B2B business you will be required to talk to customers who have a retail store to help put through orders in our webstore, respond to their needs and concerns and help resolve issues and de-escalate any events that may become potentially negative.
- Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and product information
- Process orders accurately and efficiently
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Provide product recommendations and assist with upselling opportunities
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends

**Skills**:

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written in FRENCH AND ENGLISH
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independantly
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Preferred Skills (not required):

- Warehouse experience
- Forklift or clamp truck operation
- Mechanical knowledge for equipment maintenance
- Order picker
- Shipping and receiving experience

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.00 per week
