**Who are we?**

Transplus, a logistic management, distribution and warehousing company is expanding and requires an additional talent to join the CSR team and contribute to the ongoing success of their operation. We are looking for a knowledgeable and experienced Customer Service Team Lead.

**What is the role?**

Under the direction of the Customer Service Supervisor and with efficiency and customer service a priority, the Customer Service Team Lead acts as the liaison between the customer and the warehouse. Acts as first point of contact for the customer and resolves any problems or concerns with the receiving and storing, moving and shipping of supplies, stock and materials to and/or from the warehouse. Projects a positive and professional image at all times, assisting customers promptly and conducting all business in a friendly, courteous and knowledgeable manner. The designated employee, among other assigned responsibilities, will perform the following principal tasks:

- Respond to customer enquiries, providing quick turnaround;
- Develop and maintain a positive client relationship by providing excellent follow-ups and accurate work;
- Data entry for both shipping and receiving into the Warehouse Management System (WMS);
- Invoicing;
- Assist in the tracing of paperwork including proof of delivery (POD’s);
- Rectify issues and problems related to Overages, Shortages & Damages (OS&D);
- Document and resolve any customer service issues in coordination with the team;
- Participate in meetings to improve productivity, resolve customer service issues and manage workload of team;
- Suggest solutions that answer clients needs and wants
- Assist with training of new employees within department;
- Develop constructive and cooperative working relationships within the team, as well as cross functionally;
- Provide full support to the team
- Ensure that follow-up reports are always up-to-date
- Provide day-to-day leadership to the customer service team
- Execute any other warehouse customer service related tasks to help the team.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 3 years experience of customer service in the warehousing industry;
- Bilingual oral and written in French and English;
- Energetic, hard-working, great attitude, sense of urgency, team player;
- Customer service oriented;
- Strong communication, organization skills and attention to detail;
- Proficiency with computer systems, including Microsoft office PC Miller and link logistics.
