**LOGISTICS AGENT - Temporary 6 months**

**Position**

Reporting to the Logistics Supervisor, the Logistics Agent manages inventory and prepares orders for Canadian customers. This person performs quality control, manages inventory movements and prepares shipments to Canada and the United States. The person must also be multidisciplinary, as he/she could be called upon to help other operational departments when needed.

**Responsibilities**
- Ship daily orders from our Canadian customers;
- Respond to inventory requests from our internal customers;
- Prepare inventory transfers (customs papers, shipping, etc.);
- Participate in inventory management of our different locations (physical and system inventory) to help the BonLook team achieve 100% reconciliation between the virtual and real world;
- Prepare daily shipments to our stores;
- Package and ship orders to end customers;
- Receive and process returns and redos in order to give a second life to the frames according to their condition;
- Perform simple analytical tasks for inventory and order management to improve operational efficiency;
- Support the laboratory and distribution center team in their tasks when necessary;
- Participate in the implementation of continuous improvement projects;
- Any other related task.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum of a high school diploma;
- Relevant experience in logistics (an asset);
- French language functional level required, english is an asset but not mandatory;
- Excellent computer skills;
- Autonomy, initiative, creativity and positive attitude;
- Demonstrate excellent time and priority management.
- Ability to work in a warehouse environment while standing and occasionally lifting loads.

**Working conditions**
- Temporary full-time position from Monday to Friday between 9h am and 5h pm;
