**Compensation**:

- **Salary plus** **Commission and Bonus** (P&C + LIFE - % of premium sold)
- **40,000 Base ( negotiable depending on experience) plus Bonus and Commission**:

- Earning Potential has no Cap
- Monthly and or quarterly team and Personal Production promotions and bonus
- 3 weeks vacation
- Benefits Available (after 3 months)
- RRSP match program available
- Technology (laptop)
- Potential for total compensation over 6 figures

**Responsibilities**
- Establishes personalized telephone contact with the client. Creates a climate of trust conducive to the sale and service of a Home, Auto and or Life insurance policy. Educates and advises our clients on our products, while adhering to the company's underwriting policies.
- Seizes all sales opportunities, solicitation and product offers.
- Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.

**Requirements**:

- Sales and Customer Service experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
- Networking experience preferred
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
- Proactive in problem solving
- Dedicated to customer service
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to make presentations to potential customers
- **Property & Casualty license (OTL or RIBO license) or LLQP ( or be willing to obtain OTL prior to start)**:

- **LLQP to be obtained within 3 months of start in order to service existing customers (all licensing fees to be paid by Agent on successful completion**
