**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Insurance Account Representative to join our team. As an Insurance Account Representative, you will play a vital role in growing our business by selling insurance policies to new and existing clients. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and provide them with valuable solutions to protect their assets.

**Responsibilities**
- Sell insurance policies to new and existing clients
- Identify client needs and provide tailored insurance solutions
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients
- Meet sales targets and achieve performance goals
- Keep up-to-date with insurance industry trends and product offerings
- Attend training and development sessions to improve sales and customer service skills
- Collaborate with team members to develop sales strategies and improve processes
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process

**Requirements**:

- Property & Casualty license (OTL or RIBO preferred/must be able to obtain)
- LLQP license (preferred/must be able to obtain)
- Proven sales experience in the insurance industry
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Solid understanding of insurance products
- Results-oriented mindset with a drive to exceed targets
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment
