**Palermo Plus Physiotherapy and Wellness Centre** is looking for Marketing Coordinator - two positions.

We are dynamic multidisciplinary clinic of Physiotherapists, Massage Therapists, Acupuncturist, & Chiropodists. The clinic opened in July of 2014 and has been growing rapidly ever since.

**Area**:Oakville, Mississauga, Milton, Brampton, Vaughan

**Job Summary**: We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Marketing Coordinator to join our physiotherapy clinic. The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase patient referrals and grow the clinic's business. They will work closely with clinic's managers and providers to promote the clinic's services and establish partnerships that would bring in new patients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase patient referrals and grow the clinic's business
- Work closely with clinic's managers to promote the clinic's services and establish partnerships that would bring in new patients
- Conduct market research to identify potential areas for business growth and develop plans to capitalize on these opportunities
- Organize and coordinate events and presentations to promote the clinic's services to the community
- Develop marketing materials such as brochures, flyers to promote the clinic's services
- Collaborate with the clinic's managers to develop marketing strategies that support their services
- Develop, implement and evaluate communication strategies
- Analyze and create reports on marketing campaign performance and make recommendations for future improvements

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Marketing, Communications or related field
- 2-3 years of experience in marketing or sales, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer/patient service focus, self oriented
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements
