**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Build an in-depth understanding of the business, brand, value proposition, service offering and market landscape to determine how to best reach the target audience.
- Maintain competitive reviews of similar offerings within market to understand others’ competitive positioning.
- Develop and implement acquisition campaigns targeting schools and youth sports leagues to promote our services, and increase brand visibility.
- Support the Business Development Manager in creating content, sell sheets, and supporting with the development of RFP responses.
- General copywriting for all assets as required.
- Produce marketing assets and collateral, including graphics, videos, and other promotional materials.
- Plan and execute tradeshows, and create engaging experiences for attendees.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics for both online and offline activities, including reach, engagement, conversion rates, ROI, and provide regular reports to management.

**This position will be a hybrid position with the requirement to work from our office (Oakville, ON - Winston Churchill/Dundas) 3 times/week, and as required for special events.**

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or in a similar role, with a track record of successful marketing campaigns and achievement of measurable results.
- In-depth knowledge of marketing principles across both offline and online channels
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including copywriting for content and advertising purposes.
- Proficient in using marketing software and tools, including Mailchimp, Google Analytics, etc.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to keep up in a fast-paced environment.
