**Job Summary**:
As the first point of contact for our patients, the Dental Administrator plays a crucial role in creating a positive and seamless experience. You’ll support both front desk operations and the clinical team, helping ensure the smooth running of the practice each day.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and check-in/check-out patients with professionalism and warmth
- Schedule and confirm appointments efficiently
- Process insurance claims and pre-authorizations
- Maintain accurate patient records and billing information
- Handle administrative tasks and front desk operations
- Communicate effectively with patients and team members

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **2 years** of experience in a dental administrative role
- Proficiency in dental software; **Tracker experience strongly preferred**:

- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment
- A team-oriented mindset and a positive, patient-first attitude
