- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate all retail glass shop daily operations, including but not limited to: automotive glass installations, commercial and residential sales and services

**Financial & Other Benefits**

Base hourly salary plus performance bonus (hourly wage will depend on experience).

Monday to Friday hours - no weekends or evenings. Group benefits. Staff discounts.
