Service Writer

**Overview**
Morinville Trail Tire is looking for a friendly, organized Service Writer to join our team In this front desk role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers — helping them book appointments, explaining services, and keeping our shop running smoothly.

**Responsibilities**
- Greet customers in person and over the phone in a professional, welcoming manner
- Schedule appointments and manage the daily work schedule
- Prepare estimates and explain recommended services to customers
- Communicate clearly between customers and technicians
- Handle payments and maintain accurate records
- Assist with parts orders and inventory tracking as needed
- Help maintain a clean and organized front desk area

**Requirements**:

- Previous customer service experience
- Previous automotive experience is a plus
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Positive attitude and strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team environment
- Basic computer skills (knowledge of shop management systems is an asset)

Pay: $17.50-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
