**Overview**

Morinville Trail Tire is looking for a skilled and experienced **Journeyman Automotive Service Technician** to join our team In this role, you’ll perform a variety of maintenance and repair services to keep our customers safe and their vehicles running smoothly. We’re a local, family-owned business that takes pride in friendly service and quality workmanship.

**Responsibilities**
- Perform inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on a variety of vehicles
- Conduct brake, suspension, steering, and other general mechanical work
- Communicate clearly with Service Writers and customers about required work and recommendations
- Keep accurate records of work performed
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace and follow all safety procedures
- Assist and mentor apprentices when needed

**Requirements**:

- Journeyman Automotive Service Technician certification (Red Seal is preffered)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean abstract
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and commitment to quality workmanship

Pay: $33.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

**Experience**:

- Automotive repair: 1 year (preferred)
