**Join Our Team: Seeking a Passionate Landscaper / Snow Removal Crew**

Are you a hardworking outdoor enthusiast who enjoys creating and maintaining beautiful landscapes while ensuring properties stay safe and accessible during winter? Farman Services Ltd. is seeking a **Snow Removal & Landscape Worker** to join our dedicated team. This role involves year-round outdoor work, including **snow and ice management in winter** and **landscape maintenance and installation** in warmer months.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Winter Season**:

- Perform **snow removal using shovels, snow blowers, and plow trucks** to ensure safe access to residential and commercial properties.
- Monitor weather conditions and be available for **on-call emergency snow removal, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays** as required.
- Operate and maintain **snow removal equipment** safely and efficiently.

**Spring, Summer & Fall Seasons**:

- Perform **sodding, seeding, tree and flower planting, mulching, and decorative rock installation** to enhance outdoor spaces.
- Conduct **lawn maintenance, including mowing, edging, aerating, and fertilizing** to promote healthy turf growth.
- Trim, prune, and shape **shrubs, hedges, and trees** for a well-manicured look.
- Assist with **hardscape installations** such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, and garden beds.
- Maintain **irrigation systems and ensure proper watering schedules**.
- Operate and maintain **landscaping tools and heavy equipment**, including skid steers, lawnmowers, chainsaws, and trimmers.

**Requirements**:

- **Previous experience in snow removal, landscaping, lawn care, or groundskeeping** preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform **physically demanding labor** in all weather conditions, including heavy lifting, shoveling, and operating equipment.
- Valid **driver’s license with a clean record** (preferred).
- Availability for **on-call snow removal shifts during winter months**.
- Knowledge of **plant species, landscape design, and hardscape construction** is an asset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills.
