We're seeking a motivated and dependable individual to join our crew as a Snow Removal and Lawn Maintenance Crew Member.

Job Description

As a Snow Removal and Lawn Maintenance Crew Member, you will play a key role in maintaining the aesthetic appeal and safety of our clients' properties year-round. Your responsibilities will include snow removal during the winter months and lawn care during the warmer months.

Key ResponsibilitiesSnow Removal:

  • Operate snow throwers, blowers, Snow Sweeper, and other snow removal equipment.
  • Clear driveways, sidewalks, and other designated areas of snow and ice.
  • Apply salt and other de-icing agents as needed.
  • Monitor weather conditions and respond promptly to snow events.

Lawn Maintenance:

  • Mow, trim, and edge lawns to maintain a clean and professional appearance.
  • Perform seasonal tasks such as aeration, fertilization, and weed control.
  • Maintain and repair lawn equipment as necessary.
  • Manage debris removal and overall site cleanup.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in landscaping or snow removal is required.
  • Experience operating a Snow Sweeper is an asset.
  • Ability to operate and maintain landscaping and snow removal equipment.
  • Strong work ethic and reliability, with a willingness to work in varying weather conditions.
  • Good physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
