- and pad-printed items to our diverse clientele. We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable **Screen/Pad Printing Operator** to join our team. When necessary, he or she will also cross-train and participate in other aspects of the production environment.

This is **Permanent Full Time position: Avg. 37.50 hrs/ week (5 days)**

**Production Responsibilities**:

- Perform quality control on all produced items.
- Inspect and verify incoming and outgoing products.
- Report and replace any defective item prior to packing.
- Organize space arrangements for incoming shipments in the storage areas.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area and update supplies as needed.
- Trim, clean up, and fold the product in preparation for shipping.

**Screen/PAD Printing Responsibilities**:

- Operate screen printing presses and pad printing machines efficiently for têxtiles and drinkware.
- Experience with setting up capillary films and emulsions.
- Handle screen preparation processes, such as stretching, screen selection, degreasing, and film emulsion coating.
- Mix and match inks to achieve the correct colors, adhering to company or client standards.
- Ensure prints are properly cured using ovens, UV units, or air drying methods, depending on ink type.
- Inspect prints for defects such as smudges, misalignment, or color inconsistencies.
- Maintain and clean and organized work environment, ensuring that any ink spills are immediately cleaned up.

**Equipment Maintenance**
- Clean screens, pads, squeegees, and other tools after each run.
- Perform routine maintenance on printing presses to prevent downtime.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace following safety standards.

- Physical ability to stand, lift, and handle materials for extended periods.

Pay: $20.00 per hour
