**Marketing Project Coordinator**

**Position Details**: Permanent, full-time. This is an on-site position at our beautiful office is in Vic West, conveniently located close to Galloping Goose.

**Compensation**:Salary range of $60,000 - $65,000 per annum.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Project Management & Coordination**
- Manage the end-to-end execution of all marketing projects, including timelines, deliverables, approvals, and budgets.
- Develop and maintain project plans, calendars, and status updates to ensure clear communication across stakeholders.
- Act as the primary liaison between the marketing team and third-party vendors, including printers, photographers and media partners.
- Gather feedback and approvals from stakeholders to ensure campaigns reflect business goals and local market context.
- Ensure all marketing materials are delivered on time, on brand, and on budget.
- Work with various software to upload assts to tv screens for all brands.

**Creative Asset Support**
- Collaborate with the Graphic Designer to identify and source engaging visual assets for use across digital, print, and in-store collateral.
- Ensure creative materials meet brand standards and project objectives prior to finalization and distribution.
- Track and organize digital content to streamline content deployment and reuse across platforms.

**Invoice Administration**
- Assist the Senior Marketing Manager in processing invoices and maintaining accurate records of expenses.
- Source and compile quotes from vendors and suppliers for marketing-related services, printing, and production.
- Research suppliers as it relates to specific projects, to ensure alignment with needs and budget.

**Process Optimization**
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows and project tracking systems to enhance team efficiency and communication.
- Establish and refine processes for creative requests, feedback loops, and content approvals.

**Education, Skills and Qualifications**:
**Education & Experience**
- Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Project Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in project management
- Proven success collaborating with team members and stakeholders and managing projects and priorities across multiple brands or business units.

**Skills & Competencies**
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail oriented and excellent at problem solving.
- Takes initiative in proposing positive changes and ideas.
