Toronto, Canada VSP Consignment Full time

**Position Summary**:
**Support in the fulfillment of online orders accurately and efficiently, as per store standards across preferred platforms. Additionally, they will work closely across teams to ensure the day to day operations run as planned.**

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Ensure all order fulfillment duties are completed as per store standards daily across online platforms
- Remain flexible and available to jump in and help other departments and employees when needed
- Be able to pivot and work with additional support during high volume sale events/times of the season
- Navigate shipping issues through to completion, ensuring the clients are continuously updated until shipment is completed accurately
- Perform Quality Control Assessments on all items before fulfilling orders
- Ensure online orders are prepared for shipping or pick up, packaging as per store standards
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness when team in processing online orders
- Maintain clear communication with colleagues and exhibit cooperative teamwork
- Ensure cleanliness and organization is maintained in the shipping department
- Ensure online orders are removed from the floor in a timely manner, first thing in the morning and as orders come in throughout the day
- Prepare and send out invoices to customers as needed

Qualifications/Skills:

- Experience in GSuite and Shopify
- Minimum 2 years of experience in operations or relevant field is preferred
- Excellent with Time Management
- Strong Problem Solving Skills
- Excellent communication skills, oral and written
- Must be extremely detail and task oriented with mínimal supervision

**Salary**: From $17.00 per hour

- Retail Sales: 1 year (preferred)
