ERP/system Administrator

Partnering with the Executive Team and the Operations department, the ERP/System Administrator will execute projects, day-to-day IT operations, develop tools and processes to drive operational effectiveness, enhancements, manage customer’s needs, and leverage data to obtain insights for decision making.

**Responsibilities**:

- Knowledge of various Windows Server/Desktop and Network systems.
- Ability to read existing SQL and edit, also creating new SQL to create custom reports from ERP (Epicor Prophet 21) database in SSRS, and Crystal Reports
- Ability to read existing C# code and edit, also creating new C# code to maintain and create new business rule for the ERP system.
- Develops, recommends and documents plans, policies, standards, procedures and checklists
- Managing information technology assets
- Maintains current and accurate inventory of technology hardware, software and resources
- Makes recommendations about purchase of technology resources
- Recommends and implements system and technology solutions, trouble-shooting issues, automating organizational tasks;
- Assists in the preparation, maintains and tests organizational technology plan, including disaster recovery plans and procedures.
- Assists users to maximize technology
- Assess, design, and provide system and technology training
- Oversees Document/Records Management, storage/archiving, transferring of files, file sharing, automatic notifications
- Understand how to setup, configure, and administer Windows computers and Windows Server
- Familiarity with network administration practices (IP Addressing, IP Subnets, VLANs, client monitoring, etc.)
- Ensures there is no system downtime and that there is consistent protocol with respect to the back-up and security of our information systems
- Oversees the management of the image library

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science or equivalent in education and/or experience plus 7 to 10 years or more related experience
- Technology certificates or a core component of education or experience.
- Project management skills: ability to prioritize multiple projects, adjust workload accordingly, and meet deadlines
- Experience working in depth with an ERP system
- Experience creating diagrams and documenting workflows
- Adept at recommending solutions to management and end users on courses of action that best meet the organization's needs
- Must have excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Experienced in working, collaborating, and creating a positive experience for internal business partners
- Excellent interpersonal skills
