**About the Role**:
This hybrid position provides flexibility between on-site engagement and remote work.

**Position Description**:
As the System Administrator, you will handle system maintenance, upgrades, and user support for all IT infrastructure, assisting with internal system tools and contributing to the overall stability and scalability of PI Fine Art's technological environment. You will help ensure that the systems are running efficiently while enabling the Systems & Development Manager to focus on tool development. You will also provide support for digital transformation initiatives across the company.

**What You’ll Do**:

- **System Maintenance & Support**_
- Perform regular system monitoring to ensure health and availability of all servers, network devices, and business systems
- Manage system backups, patches, and software upgrades to ensure systems are secure and up to date
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, ensuring mínimal downtime
- Support user access and permissions to ensure the integrity and security of internal systems
- **Infrastructure Management**_
- Configure and manage internal servers, databases, and networks in collaboration with the Systems & Development Manager
- Maintain and optimize Microsoft-based systems and SQL databases for efficiency and performance
- Assist in the management and implementation of cloud services (e.g., Azure), ensuring system scalability and security
- **Support for Digital Transformation Projects**_
- Assist in supporting digital transformation projects by ensuring system integration and infrastructure align with the organization’s transformation goals
- Work alongside the Systems & Development Manager to implement tools and platforms that enhance business capabilities
- Ensure systems are scalable and adaptable to meet the growing needs of digital initiatives
- **User Support & Documentation**_
- Provide technical support to internal teams for system-related issues, focusing on quick resolution and excellent user experience
- Develop and maintain system documentation, procedures, and troubleshooting guides for future reference
- Manage system tickets and assist users with resolving issues related to internal tools
- **Collaboration with Development**_
- Assist with testing and deployment of new tools and updates, providing system stability before the official rollout

**What We’re Looking For**:

- 2-4 years of experience as a System Administrator or in a similar role
- Strong experience in server administration, network management, and troubleshooting
- Expertise in SQL database management and Microsoft-based systems such as 365 and Microsoft Power Platform (e.g., Windows Server, Active Directory)
- Knowledge of cloud services (e.g., Azure) and virtualization technologies
- Familiarity with backup systems and disaster recovery procedures
- Strong communication and troubleshooting skills, with an emphasis on user support and technical documentation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and prioritize multiple tasks
