**Required Qualifications**:
Completion of post-secondary education (e.g. certificate in office or business administration).

**Additional Required Qualifications**:
**Preferred Qualifications**:
At least 3-5 years of progressive experience providing administrative and operational support to a Senior Leader. Experience supervising administrative staff. Minimum 2-3 years of experience working in a community-based addiction and mental health environment. Minimum typing speed of 60 wpm, with excellent formatting, grammar, syntax and proof-reading skills and overall attention to detail.
