About Us:
Shakespeare Homes & Renovations is a well-established, high-quality residential renovation and custom home builder in North Vancouver. We are looking for a versatile and proactive team player to join us in a Project & Administrative Coordinator role.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of administrative and project work in the construction industry. You will support both the office and field teams, ensuring smooth operations while growing your skills in project coordination, administration, and client support.

What You’ll Do:

- Project Coordination Support - Assist with schedules, documentation, budgeting, supplier & trade coordination.
- General Support & Adaptability - Jump in where needed, supporting leadership & ensuring workflow efficiency.

What We’re Looking For:

- 3-5 years of experience in a hybrid admin/project coordination role (construction/design industry preferred).
- Highly organized with strong communication & problem-solving skills.
- Tech-savvy - Proficient in MS Office; experience with Corecon, Buildertrend, or Procore is a bonus.
- Construction/renovation knowledge is an asset but not required.
