ROLE:
The Marketing Communication Assistant will work with the Sample Shop Coordinator, Quality Control Coordinator, and Sales Manager on marketing and product updates to support the growth of the business.

Hours of work: Mondays-Fridays, 9:00am-5:00pm

Reports directly to the C.E.O. and Sales Manager.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

- Help to promote products and marketing services internally and externally to raise brand awareness
- Assist with all marketing and or promotional launches and campaigns for new and or existing customer
- Supporting the company’s existing Marketing Team for the achievement of strategic and operational goals
- Collaborate with existing Marketing and Sales team members new launches to help educate customers
- First point of contact for the coordination, communications & delivery, communications for product updates, launches, campaigns within the company
- Responsible for the update on content on documents
- Maintain products and projects database; conduct any entry and file updates
- Assist with and help coordinate meetings, debriefs and presentations
- Proofread and edit all correspondence and or content for grammar, spelling and punctuation, as required
- Facilitate brand awareness by providing updates and content within company and to third parties
- Collaborating and strategizing with Marketing and Sales team members on any new campaigns to educate customers on our services and or products

SKILLS:

- Work independently as well as in a collaborative team atmosphere
- Excellent communication skills
- Superior presentation abilities
- Work in fast-paced environment

QUALIFICATIONS:

- A diploma in a marketing related field, including but not limited to: Sales, Advertising, Marketing, Advertising
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience is required, examples include: marketing, marketing-related field, sales and advertising
- Proficiency in the following: Adobe Illustration; Photo Shop; Adobe Suite; WordPress; Microsoft Teams; Excel and spreadsheets.

OTHER:
Full-Time position, can work remotely part-time
