NTS Amega is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to come to join our team at our Nisku location.
**CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE**
Act as a liaison between NTS Amega West and the customer for the manufacturing or repair of Downhole tools.
**PRIMARY DUTIES**
- Respond to customer inquiries for quotes on new manufacturing, repair of tools and material requests.
- Source inventory and communicate with customers.
- Review customer purchase orders/tool requests and send customer acknowledgement of acceptance.
- Assist with planning for materials as per customer needs and communicate to purchasing.
- Discuss customers delivery schedules with manufacturing, respond to customer with expected delivery dates.
- On site/off site customer meetings.
- Other responsibilities as defined in QHSE Management System or direct supervisor.
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Associates or bachelor’s degree in a technical field preferred.
- 2+ years of customer service/inside sales experience preferred.
- Experience in manufacturing or manufacturing engineering a plus.
- Ability to read and understand manufacturing drawings and material specifications.
- Understand Supply Management and Inventory Control.
- Familiar with Customer Service Processing in an ERP System.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Requires good verbal communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, ability to use good judgment.
- Internal communication expert interfacing with internal/external customers and vendors.
