**Service Advisor**

CASL Surface Technologies is a corrosion and wear solutions provider with over 25 years of experience, and we are looking to add to our growing team

**The Opportunity**:
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the Service Advisor is a critical liaison between CASL’s operations team and our customers. In this fast-paced environment you will efficiently and effectively strive to support customer needs within our operational framework.

**Responsibilities**:

- Communicate with customers regarding job updates/questions/reports.
- Regularly liaise with Sales, Production, Technical, Payroll, and Finance departments.
- Work closely with production teams to facilitate, troubleshoot, and expedite special requests.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between customers and CASL operations teams
- Handle incoming RFQs and work orders.
- Oversee vendor interaction and management.

**Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in Sales/Customer Service and comfortable communicating to external parties.
- Proven track record of providing timely and dependable updates and solutions for customers.
- Technical training/post-secondary courses are considered beneficial, but are not required.
- Experience in mining, oil & gas, and similar industries are considered beneficial, but are not required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to manage and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft suite of programs (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, PowerBI, Teams)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
