We’re looking for a talented, creative, and results-driven Advertising & Marketing Specialist to join our growing team and help elevate our brand across digital platforms.

**Position Overview**

The Advertising & Marketing Specialist will be the driving force behind our dealership’s marketing presence, managing paid advertising campaigns, coordinating creative content, engaging with our online community, and ensuring our brand stays front and center across every channel.

This is a hands-on role for a creative marketer who thrives on producing measurable results and collaborating with a fast-paced sales team.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Digital Advertising**
- Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram campaigns to maximize lead generation and brand exposure.
- Manage ad budgets and analyze performance data to continuously improve ROI.
- Design high-quality ad graphics, banners, and video thumbnails for campaigns.

**Creative Production & Coordination**
- Collaborate with our in-house video producer to create engaging video ads and dealership features.
- Develop promotional materials for vehicle sales, events, and special offers.

**Website & Promotions**
- Keep the dealership website updated with fresh promotions, inventory highlights, and marketing campaigns.
- Ensure consistency of tone, branding, and visuals across all platforms.

**Social Media & Community Engagement**
- Manage daily social media posting and content scheduling across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Respond to all public comments and reviews across Google, YouTube, and social media ads, ensuring every interaction reflects our 5-star service.
- Oversee weekly giveaways and customer engagement campaigns.
- Build and maintain a structured content calendar that showcases vehicle highlights, team culture, and customer success stories.

**Reporting & Optimization**
- Track KPIs such as ad spend, cost per lead, conversion rates, and engagement levels.
- Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights to improve results.

**Performance Targets**
- **Lead Generation**: Achieve a minimum of 300 qualified leads per month from digital and organic campaigns.
- **Conversion**: Maintain a 10-15% closing ratio on generated leads through optimized targeting and quality traffic.
- **Engagement**: Ensure consistent and professional responses to all online comments and inquiries within 24 hours.

**Qualifications**
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, advertising, or content creation (automotive or retail industry preferred).
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Understanding of YouTube, SEO, and Google Analytics.
- Excellent written communication and customer engagement skills.
- Creative eye for video, photo, and graphic content.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and motivated by measurable goals.

Pay: $40,800.00-$65,000.00 per year
