We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented **Project Manager** with a strong background in **marketing operations** and a working knowledge of **social media and paid advertising**. You’ll play a key role in managing workflows, keeping projects on track, and collaborating across teams to deliver high-impact marketing campaigns—on time and on budget.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee day-to-day project management of marketing and advertising initiatives
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to execute campaigns, including creative, digital, and strategy
- Manage timelines, task assignments, and deadlines with precision
- Support paid media planning and performance tracking across platforms
- Proof all deliverables to ensure they accurately reflect revisions, feedback, and brand guidelines
- Communicate clearly and consistently with internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure campaign materials are compliant with brand standards and delivered accurately
- Monitor project health and proactively identify risks or roadblocks
- Provide ongoing reporting and insights using marketing analytics tools

**Qualifications**:

- 1-2 years of experience in project management, preferably within a marketing or advertising agency
- Strong understanding of marketing operations, paid media, and social platforms
- Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- Comfortable working collaboratively with diverse teams and personalities

**Technical Skills**:

- Proficient with project and documentation tools like **Notion**:

- Comfortable using **QuickBooks Time** for time tracking and team management
- Familiar with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager)
- Working knowledge of **Adobe InDesign**:

- Experience using **Agency Analytics** or similar platforms

**Nice to Have**:

- Experience in a fast-paced creative agency setting
- Familiarity with digital asset management and creative production workflows

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $57,500.00 per year
