Sales Account Manager

Tm2SPORTS - We are Central Canada's leading customized sportswear, corporate wear, custom uniforms and performance apparel company. Our Retail Store location is located in Saskatoon, SK.
**WORK TYPE**: Full-Time Hybrid
- This job operates in a hybrid environment between our office daily, your home office, community, and event environments (home office and field-based position).
- You must have a reliable vehicle and clean driving record.
**WHAT YOU WILL DO**
1. Business Development:
- Identify and target organizations for potential partnerships.
- Develop and execute strategies to generate new business and expand the company's presence in the market.
- Work with key brand partners to create best in class partnership agreements to present to targeted decision makers.
2. Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with directors, owners, administrators, and key decision-makers.
- Understand the unique needs of each client and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs.
- Ensure the terms and conditions of agreements are being met.
3. Sales Quotas:
- Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively managing the sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
- Track and report sales progress regularly, providing insights into market trends and opportunities.
- Partner with National Account Representatives and Field Sales Pro’s to manage club partnerships and assess growth opportunities.
4. Product Knowledge:
- Stay informed about the latest trends, technologies, and products in the industry.
- Effectively communicate the features and benefits of Tm2SPORTS to club partners.
5. Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal teams, including customer service, marketing, and merchandising to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
- Assists leadership with the development and implementation of sales plans, market opportunities, and special projects.
- Provide intelligence on current marketplace, competitors' offerings and contract status to more effectively address potential customer expectations and to overcome objections.

**EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE**
- A minimum of four years of management and/or sales experience.
- A minimum of two years of industry experience.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
**TRAVEL REQUIREMENT**:Travel is approximately 75%. Some out-of-the-area and overnight travel may be expected.
**COMPENSATION**: This position is commission sales based and negotiable. To be determined during hiring process
