**Job Overview**
**Duties**
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve company goals and expand the customer base.
- Identify potential clients through market research and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our offerings.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional activities.
- Utilize Salesforce for account management, tracking leads, and reporting on sales performance.
- Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities for business development.
- Provide feedback on customer needs and preferences to help shape product offerings.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in an outside sales role.
- Automotive industry experience preferred (sales or finance)
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage clients effectively.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities in managing client relationships and driving team success.
- Proficient in analyzing data to inform business decisions and strategies.
- Familiarity with Quorom, PBS or similar CRM software for account management is preferred.
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on achieving results.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $65,000.00-$125,000.00 per year
