**Responsabilités**
- Commander, recevoir et organiser les pièces nécessaires à la visite des techniciens.
- Maintenir des enregistrements précis des interactions et des transactions avec les clients à l'aide des systèmes de gestion des services.
- Faire preuve d'une excellente étiquette au téléphone en traitant les appels et en répondant aux préoccupations des clients.
- Analyser les commentaires des clients afin d'identifier les points à améliorer dans la prestation de services.
- Assurer la coordination avec les sous-traitants à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur de la province.
- Lire, organiser et prendre des mesures sur les rapports de service de nos techniciens.
- Créer des factures basées sur les actions entreprises sur le terrain.

**Qualifications requises**
- Expérience confirmée dans un rôle de service à la clientèle, de préférence dans le domaine du dispatching.
- Familiarité avec Service M8 et Quickbooks.
- Excellentes compétences en matière d'étiquette téléphonique et de communication, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit.
- Capacité à analyser efficacement les informations afin de fournir des solutions aux besoins des clients.
- Excellent sens de l'organisation et souci du détail.
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et au sein d'une équipe dans un environnement en constante évolution.
**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Order, receive and organize necessary parts required for the technicians visit
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using service management systems.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while handling calls and addressing customer concerns.
- Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in service delivery.
- Coordinate with sub-contractors inside and outside of the province
- Read, organize and take action on the Field Service Reports of our technicians
- Create invoices based on the actions taken on site

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within dispatching.
- Familiarity with Service M8 and Quickbooks.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to analyze information effectively to provide solutions to customers' needs.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
