Rosedale Transport in Dorval requires a Customer Service Representative role in Dorval, QC. The role includes administrative work, operations, and customer care.

Shift
- Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm

**Description**:

- Minimum of 2 years direct experience in a Customer Service capacity.
- Must be bilingual in both English and French and have the ability to effectively communicate in both languages verbally and in writing.
- Previous experience working within the transportation industry an asset.
- Strong conflict resolution skills in order to handle customer issues.
- Sound analytical thinking, planning, prioritization, and execution skills.
- manual dexterity for desktop computer and peripherals.

Business Equipment and Computer Applications
