**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Administrative Duties:_
- Greet and check in patients in a professional and welcoming manner
- Answer phones, manage appointments, and confirm upcoming visits
- Validate OHIP cards and ensure accurate patient registration
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records using Oscar EMR
- Coordinate referrals and ensure proper documentation is sent and received
- Assist with billing for uninsured services as needed
- Uphold PHIPA (Personal Health Information Protection Act) and clinic confidentiality standards
- Check basic patient vitals, including blood pressure, height, and weight during intake
- Clinical / Phlebotomy Duties:_
- Perform venipuncture blood draws for patients of all ages
- Label and process specimens according to lab protocols
- Prepare samples for courier pickup or in-house testing
- Administer intramuscular (IM) injections as directed by healthcare providers
- Maintain cleanliness and infection control standards in the clinical and phlebotomy areas
- Monitor and restock medical supplies
- Support physicians during routine exams and minor procedures

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certified Phlebotomy Technician (CPT) required
- Venipuncture experience
- Experience administering IM injections preferred
- Previous experience in a family medicine or general practice clinic is an asset
- Proficiency in Oscar EMR strongly preferred
- Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
- Friendly, professional, and team-oriented attitude

**Work Schedule**:
Part Time and Full Time Position Available
