**Position**: Building Operator / Superintendent

**Site**: Condominium Building Montgomery Street

**Status**: Full-Time

**Pay Rate**: $48,000/year plus a health and benefits package

Our Building Operator / Superintendent staff will be responsible for the general maintenance and handyman work at one of our condominium buildings. Building Operator / Superintendent roles and responsibilities shall include however, not limited to the following:
Perform cleaning of the hallways and lobby

Performs minor repairs and maintenance

Communicated with residents in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner

Completes building inspections on a daily basis including exterior site inspections

Supervises contractors working on site, ensures scope of work is being completed

Maintains and checks operating logs

Maintains and assists in grounds keeping and exterior repairs

Ensures that work areas and mechanical rooms are clean and properly maintained

Ensures that all equipment is functioning properly

Prepares all garbage and recycling bins for pick-up, returns bins

**Minimum Requirements**:
Two pieces of government issued ID

Valid security background check

Valid First Aid & CPR Certificate

Moderate physical activity: standing and/or walking for entirety of shift

Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation

Adhere to our Code of Ethics in performing job requirements

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
