**Accounts Receivable / Payable Individuals (Montreal)**

A leading e-commerce and wholesale distributor is looking to add individuals to their accounts receivable/payable group reporting to the assistant controller.

Responsibilities include:

- Review and approve credit for customer orders
- Prepare credit notes
- Follow up on customer claims and disputes
- Follow-up with customers on overdue balances
- Reconcile customer accounts
- Collection of unpaid invoices
- Review supplier invoices
- Prepare cheques and wire payments

Qualifications:

- Must have a minimum of two years of experience in this position
- Bilingual (English and French)
- Familiar with E-Commerce and portal use
- Strong knowledge working with Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel
- Must be detailed oriented and able to cope with deadlines
- Must be able to multi-task and prioritize
- Knowledge of SAP Business One an asset

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
