**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Manage all aspects of financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
- Oversee the preparation and analysis of budgets, forecasts, and financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Supervise accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to maintain accurate records.
- Conduct account reconciliations to ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
- Implement and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights that support decision-making.

**Skills**
- Proficiency in Yardi Breeze, Yardi, or HOPEM for managing financial transactions.
- Experience in account reconciliation and analysis to ensure accuracy in financial records.
- Solid understanding of budgeting techniques and financial forecasting.
- Ability to manage accounts payable and accounts receivable effectively.
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail for accurate reporting.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members across departments.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $75,000.00-$95,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
