Job Overview:
We are seeking a Customer Representative to join our team. As a Customer Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and resolving inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction.

Initial Duties:

- Greeting and interacting with clients
- Answering phone calls
- Scheduling appointments
- Invoicing and processing payments
- Client outreach to schedule appointments and perform follow up calls
- Light cleaning
- Additional/Supplementary duties as assigned

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in customer service is preferred
- Proficiency in English is required
- Excellent communication skills
- Sales experience is beneficial

Entry level position designed to evolve/progress/develop through training and experience into full time service advisor position.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $16.55 per hour

Expected hours: 42.5 per week

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
